The Controlled Substance Act placed all drugs into five different Schedules. Marijuana is currently listed under Schedule I which is a drug with a high potential for abuse and no medical use which makes its possession and use illegal under Federal law regardless of laws passed at the individual state level. Should marijuana remain a Schedule I drug or not?
