You can select any unlisted African business organisation with at least 20 full-time employees that your group has access to. You will need to conduct your own desktop or field research on the company and its industry by way of (for example) informal discussions with employees, newspaper and other press articles, analyst reports, and so on. Note that very small organisations and some government organisations may not offer much to work with in terms of the assignment brief – choose your organisation carefully. If you are uncertain about your choice of organisation, check with your lecturer. Note that your group will also use this organisation for Assignment 04, so please use the engagement letter to negotiate access to the organisation.
