The Kweku Dom and Ama Dom sections of the Royal Anona Family of Tutu gyagu in the Central Region of the republic of Ghana are in dispute as to the rightful section to nominate, elect and enstool someone to occupy their Omanhen stool in Tutugyagu traditional area. It is their intention to commerce an action to assert their respective rights . The Kwaku Dom section has approached you to guide them as to how and where to commerce a legal action to assert that right, and if there will be any appeals to be decisions of the court, where these appeals shall lie.
