Choose a hematologic or coagulation disorder you learned about this week for your initial discussion post. You are the nurse developing a plan of care for your patient with the identified disorder. Be sure to address each of the following in your initial post:
• Provide a description of the disorder
• Develop two (2) priority nursing diagnoses for your patient.
• Be sure to use PES formatting (problem related to etiology as evidenced by s/s)
• Identify one (1) SMART goal for your patient and the nursing interventions you will implement to help your patient reach this outcome
