B. conducts electricity poorly
Conductivity is one property of physical matter. It is the
ability of the matter to transfer electrical changes without changing or
becoming a different substance or compound. Take for instance paper when fused
with electricity it doesn’t conduct and yet it also doesn’t change. On the
contrary, copper are also one example in which it conducts and doesn’t
transform into a new substance or compound.
