Miss Autumn in the Summer
So much pain - it has undone her!
Her left flank and abdomen clutched,
Vomit too - it's just too much!
Tired, warm, she is perspiring, Is she close to true expiring?
What happened just this morning?
6 hours of pain with no warning.
She worked her garden with her rake, With little time for water breaks.
When asked about her history, She's had stones in both her kidneys.
Thrice she said, in summer too.
Could this be your major clue?

What cause blood in her urine ?

Answer :

Maybe a renal colic?

History of kidney stones esp. in the summer + little water, elevated bp & temp (but could be from distress), intense pain, hematuria, vomiting

If you take the dehydration and history of the patient into account, that means possibilities involving kidney stones should be gone through first.

These symptoms, while also taking into account the history of kidney stones at this time, mean that the patient could have a renal colic caused by a kidney stone.
